If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at anothervegancookie@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the packaging and product
• A short description of what went wrong

We’ll review the issue and make it right — whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or refund (depending on the situation).

• We cannot offer refunds for packages delayed, lost, or damaged due to carrier errors or weather conditions once shipped.
• Allergen note: While we offer gluten-friendly options, our cookies are made in a shared facility that processes wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts.
